Warranty Policy


Ryder Toys offers a limited warranty on all products purchased directly from our official website. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period from the date of purchase.

If any component is covered under warranty malfunctions during the specified warranty period, replacement parts will be provided free of charge and shipped to any destination within the United States of America, except Hawaii and Alaska. The end user must install the provided replacement parts themselves or contact support for assistance.

This warranty is non-transferable and is the sole warranty for your Ryder Toy product, as permitted by law. 

Part or model specifications may change without prior notice. By purchasing and using your new Ryder Toy, you agree to abide by the terms of this warranty as outlined below. This warranty is subject to change without prior notice.

What does this Limited Warranty cover? 

This warranty encompasses all electrical or mechanical components of the electric ride-on toy, ensuring they are free from defects in both workmanship and materials. The warranty becomes active only under the following conditions:

  • The electric ride-on toy is used appropriately for its intended purposes under normal conditions by an individual who fits properly and can control the vehicle.
  • The electric ride-on toy undergoes all required maintenance and adjustments.

What is not covered by this Limited Warranty? 

This warranty does not cover claims made 90 days after the date of purchase. The original purchaser will be responsible for replacement of any parts found to be eligible for warranty coverage. 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, crash collision, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, lack of maintenance, alteration, or any similar damage to the ride-on toy. 

This warranty does not cover minor scratches and cosmetic damage that occurs during transit.

This warranty will be void if the electric ride-on toy is ever:

  • Installed with a motor or modified in any other way.
  • Rented or used for commercial purposes.
  • Used in a manner contrary to the instructions in the Owner’s Manual included with this product.
  • Ryder Toys will not be liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage, due directly or indirectly from use of this product.

For how long does this Limited Warranty last? 

The Ryder toy is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase.

Parts and accessories considered to be cosmetic and not essential for the operation of this electric ride-on toy as well as those parts and accessories subject to normal wear and tear are not warranted against defective materials or workmanship. 

Parts and accessories considered cosmetic include, but are not limited to:

  • Mirrors
  • Doors
  • Body Frame
  • Fenders
  • Dashboard
  • Steering Wheel
  • Wheel Covers
  • Stickers/Decals
  • Decorations/Accessories

What will Ryder Toys do to honor this Limited Warranty? 

Ryder Toys will replace any electrical or mechanical component or battery confirmed to be defective and eligible for warranty replacement with the same or a functionally equivalent part. 

How do you make a claim under this Limited Warranty? 

Warranty claims should be submitted via Ryder Toys online portal or send an email to support@rydertoys.com.

Please have your order number available before contacting to validate your claim.

Return Policy

Return Due To Change Of Mind

Ryder Toys will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and is returned to us in original packaging and unused.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. In addition a 20% restocking fee will be incurred by the customer. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Ryder Toys will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Warranty Returns

Ryder Toys will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. If the customer refuses replacement parts for the item the customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however they will not be responsible for the restocking fee.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Ryder Toys to process your warranty claim within 14 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit
