Ryder Toys is a small family owned and operated USA based company who's mission is to bring endless joy and radiant smiles to both you and your little one. Through innovative designs and enchanting experiences, we strive to ignite imagination, spark wonder, and create cherished memories that will last a lifetime. All of our products are backed by smiles guaranteed.
Ryder Toys are only available exclusively on our website (www.rydertoys.com). Our business model is to cut out the middle man so we ship our products directly to our customers. This allows us to provide the best possible price and customer experience possible.
We currently ship all of our products out of one of our three warehouses. Our current warehouse locations are Salt Lake City(Utah), Knoxville(Tennesee) and Houston (Texas).This allows us to get 95% off all orders delivered in 3 days! Our current inventory levels will determine which location your order will be shipped from.
Ryder Toys is a USA based business with our offices located in Sacramento, California. Our warehouses are located in the following areas:

All products purchased through Ryder Toys are eligible forreturns within 30 days from the date of purchase. We accept returns on all newunopened and unused products within 30 days from the date of purchase. As we have learned, kids vary greatly in size! We have based our recommendations for ages based on average heights collected from a USAgovernment database. But since this information isn’t always the most accurate wefigured the best way to determine the best fit is to create a size chart with all productmeasurements to help you make the most informed decision possible. All of our products are powered by premier lead acidbatteries. On our product pages you will see battery specifications indicating the voltageand the amps. The voltage is the amount of power the battery provides and the ampsare the amount of time the battery is able to provide that level of power. Most of our carsare designed to have a run time of approximately 60 mins. Although the run time onyour Ryder can vary depending on the following factors: terrain type, weight, lights,music, a/c etc. Additional functions outside of normal riding will drain the battery faster.Please check out our run time chart for more information:
Ryder Toys offers free shipping for all orders placed in thecontinental United States. We are able to offer free shipping on our products because it is already calculated into the product price.
Unfortunately we do not have the option for customers to pick up products in person. In order to provide our customers with the best possiblepricing our business model is designed to be Direct To Consumer via online retail only.
All products purchased through Ryder Toys are eligible for a3 month warranty against all manufacturing defects. We used to have a 12 monthwarranty on all products, but we unfortunately had customers taking advantage of theprogram and were reselling parts for a profit. Once the initial warranty expires, we thenprovide our customers with replacement parts for a small fee for the remainder of theproduct's lifetime. Ryder Toys offers free shipping for all orders placed in thecontinental United States. We unfortunately are unable to offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. During checkout please review the shipping cost estimates - on average the shipping cost is approximately $600 USD since out product box dimensions are extremely large.

We do not have the capabilities to capture multiple paymentoptions per order on our end. If you are purchasing more than one item, and want touse different payments, we recommend creating two separate orders. If you areplanning on splitting the cost with someone for a gift, we recommend using a paymentplatform such as venmo, zelle or cashapp to transfer funds with your purchasingpartner.
We unfortunately do not offer expedited shipping at thistime. The products at Ryder Toys are shipped in large and heavy boxes which are veryexpensive to ship. The cost of expedited shipping costs hundreds of dollars, typicallymore than what the item costs. In addition, there are many regulations when it comes toshipping items with lead acid batteries, thus making the logistics complicated. For thisreason listed, Ryder Toys is unable to offer expedited shipping.
All products placed are processed and shipped out in 2-3business days. We are unable to ship products on Saturday and Sunday due torestrictions with FedEx.
The majority of our products are shipped out via FedExGround shipping service. FedEx Ground has allowed us to provide the fastest and mostreliable shipping to our customers.
As Ryder Toys evolves and grows due to the high demandfor products, we do have periods where products are out of stock. The product you areinterested in is scheduled to be back in stock on (insert date). Please keep in mind thatthese dates are estimates and unforeseen circumstances in our supply chain can causefurther delays.
We currently accept the following payment methods:Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, andDiscover. You may also use some prepaid gift cards as long as you have pre-registeredthem with your current address.
Orders or parts of an order may be canceled by oursystem for various reasons. Possible reasons include:- We are unable to ship to the address provided- Your item has become unavailable at the time of packing- We are having difficulty processing your payment informationIf your order/item(s) are canceled, you will receive notice via email. Please keepin mind that you will not be billed for any canceled item(s)/orders.
If your order contains multiple items, they may beshipped separately. We ship from multiple locations to ensure you receive youritems as fast as possible. If an item is missing from your order, it may bepreparing to ship or already in route to deliver on a separate day. Once all itemshave been shipped you will receive an email containing all tracking numbersassociated with each item.
If your package’s tracking status says it wasdelivered but you can’t find it, go to the FedEx tracking page and follow thesesteps:
1. Enter your tracking number or reference number.
2. Select Manage Deliver, then Report Missing Package. (If you aren’tlogged in to a FedEx account, you’ll be asked to enter the original deliveryaddress of your package. Enter that info, then click Continue.)
3. Confirm that you’ve checked everywhere the package might have beenleft by clicking Yes.
4. Enter your contact information, including your name, phone number, andemail address (optional).
5. Tell us your preferred method of contact - text or email- and confirm thatit’s okay for us to contact you.
6. Click Submit, and you’ll receive a case number assigned to your report.
7. Click Done. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to help locate your missing package.
Once these steps are completed please provide us with documentation of thecase information so that we can follow up with FedEx to help expedite the resolution.
